US Private Aviation Hiring Signals: What Recruitment Reveals About Charter Capacity, Service and Budgets
US Private Aviation Hiring Signals: What Recruitment Reveals About Charter Capacity, Service and Budgets
Research date: 16 October 2026
Prepared for Daniel Gibbs’s Corporate Travel and Private Aviation Research desk
Audience: US corporate travel buyers, executive offices, family office finance teams and aircraft owners. All compensation figures are in USD.
What should private aviation buyers take from current hiring activity?
Read recruitment as evidence of where a supplier wants to invest—not proof that demand, available aircraft or service quality has already improved. The reviewed roles point to four priorities: winning customers, selling existing aircraft capacity more effectively, coordinating complex trips and maintaining operational readiness. A directly relevant corporate-side example also puts executive aviation invoices, vendors and reporting within a travel-and-expense control function. These are interpretations of the job mandates, not measured market-wide hiring trends. (jobs.smartrecruiters.com)
For buyers, the most useful question is not “How many jobs has this company advertised?” It is “Which part of my mission will this role support, and what evidence shows that capability is available now?”
| Hiring signal | What the evidence supports | What it does not establish | Recommended buyer response |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private-jet sales consultants | Budget for customer acquisition and relationship development. Air Charter Service advertises location-specific salaries plus commission. | Aircraft availability, independent advice or rising market-wide demand. | Compare the proposed aircraft, operating carrier and total mission cost independently of the sales presentation. |
| Fleet quoting and wholesale sales | Attention to utilisation, flight economics and matching demand to fleet gaps. | A universal reduction in charter prices. | Request comparable alternatives for flexible timings, airports and aircraft categories. |
| Flight services and coordination | Investment in itinerary execution, communication and disruption handling. | A contractual replacement-aircraft commitment. | Identify the trip owner and obtain written recovery responsibilities. |
| Maintenance control and technical services | Resources for maintenance coordination, aircraft recovery and technical capability. | Immediate additional aircraft capacity or a safety ranking. | Ask about coverage, escalation and maintenance-related recovery arrangements. |
| Corporate travel-and-expense operations | Internal ownership of aviation vendors, invoices and reporting. | An increase in the employer’s private-flight budget. | Bring private travel into a documented approval and reconciliation process. |
The underlying examples are ACS sales recruitment, Wheels Up fleet quoting and flight-services roles, Flexjet maintenance recruitment and Zillow’s executive-aviation support responsibilities. The buyer responses are this desk’s recommendations. (jobs.smartrecruiters.com)
How was this research assembled—and how current are the vacancies?
This is a purposive evidence sample, not a vacancy census or a compensation survey. Research covered employer career sites and applicant-tracking systems, job-board reproductions, NBAA material, FAA guidance, company results, industry reporting and audiovisual workforce coverage. Search-index text was distinguished from a page successfully retrieved during the review.
Four evidence labels matter:
- Employer listing: a role description or recruiting page was available from the employer or its recruitment platform. This establishes advertised intent, not a completed hire.
- Syndicated or indexed listing: useful responsibilities and compensation were visible, but current requisition status was not independently confirmed.
- Recent closed or expired evidence: retained to explain an identifiable investment priority or salary benchmark, but excluded from claims about current openings.
- Recruitment campaign: a general invitation covering several roles, rather than a verified count of funded vacancies.
Unless expressly stated, the original posting date was unavailable. Search-engine crawl dates and “days ago” labels were not treated as reliable creation dates. No net headcount increase, time-to-fill series or completed-hire count was established.
This distinction materially changes the findings. The ACS San Jose sales-director page returned an expired notice; Wheels Up’s Flight Controller advertisement specified an anticipated application deadline of 30 September 2026, already past at this research date. Neither should be presented simply as “hiring now”. (jobs.smartrecruiters.com)
Which roles are being advertised, and what do they pay?
The strongest usable salary evidence is role- and location-specific. The figures below are advertised compensation, not national market medians. Commission, equity and benefits remain separate where the source distinguishes them.
Which commercial and trip-delivery roles are visible?
| Role and employer | Location and evidence status | Responsibilities supported by the source | Advertised annual pay | Buyer-side interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Private Jet Sales Consultant — Air Charter Service | San Jose, California; employer ATS listing. Comparable employer listings found for West Los Angeles and Hollywood, Florida. | Prospecting, developing client relationships and managing the travel/sales cycle between client and operator. | San Jose: USD 75,000 base; West Los Angeles: USD 70,000 base; Hollywood: USD 60,000 base. Each advertises 10% uncapped commission; the reviewed text does not establish its calculation basis. | Customer-acquisition investment. Geographic pay differences are not a measure of broker quality. (jobs.smartrecruiters.com) |
| Fleet Quoting Associate — Wheels Up | Remote or New York/Chamblee, Georgia; syndicated employer description, current primary requisition not confirmed. | Price fleet opportunities, assess trip economics, coordinate with scheduling and sell demand that complements the network. | USD 65,000–85,000, with commission eligibility separately stated. | A particularly direct signal of utilisation and pricing discipline—not merely sales expansion. (dailyremote.com) |
| Flight Services Manager — Wheels Up | US/home-based employer listing; retrieved text emphasises sports clients’ charter flights. | Coordinate itineraries, off-fleet quotations, ground arrangements, last-minute changes and irregular operations. | Employer-indexed description: USD 75,000–85,000 plus commission; reconfirm compensation against the final role scope. | Fixed-deadline travel requires operational coordination beyond obtaining an aircraft quote. (careers-wheelsup.icims.com) |
| Flight Coordinator — Solairus Aviation | US-based remote listing; employer description reproduced on job boards. | Coordinate aircraft, crews and maintenance personnel; arrange itineraries and support services; maintain confidential client information. | USD 70,000–80,000 salary. | Evidence of investment in the execution layer between owners, charter customers and aircraft operations. Current employer requisition status remains unconfirmed. (indeed.com) |
| Owner Experience Concierge — Flexjet | Employer careers listing, job ID 1187; location not established in the retrieved text. | Client reception, catering and transport requests, crew coordination and resolution of service issues with internal departments. | Not disclosed in the reviewed description. | Service-delivery and relationship-retention capacity; not evidence of additional fractional shares sold. (careers.flexjet.com) |
Which operational, technical and buyer-side roles are visible?
| Role and employer | Location and evidence status | Responsibilities supported by the source | Advertised annual pay | Buyer-side interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Maintenance Controller — Flexjet | Cleveland, Ohio; employer ATS description available. | Coordinate with the operations control centre, track maintenance work, evaluate aircraft discrepancies and estimate return-to-service timing for grounded aircraft. | Not disclosed. | A recovery and readiness function. Ask how its information reaches the person managing your trip. (flexjet.hrmdirect.com) |
| Aircraft maintenance, avionics, planning and apprentice roles — Flexjet | Multi-role employer recruitment campaign; individual locations vary. | Technical maintenance and supporting planning functions. The employer identifies aircraft-specific training and an apprenticeship pathway. | No cash salary band disclosed on the campaign page. Benefits include training and a stated deferred-compensation programme. | Investment in technical capability and retention. A campaign is not a verified number of new technicians. (careers.flexjet.com) |
| Citation CJ3 Captain — Silver Air | Van Nuys identified on employer listing; application link visible. | Captain position on the Citation CJ3 fleet. Detailed duty text was not available in the retrieved page. | USD 120,000–140,000 a year, labelled “compensation”; base-versus-total composition not specified. | An aircraft-specific staffing signal. Do not extrapolate it to large-cabin captains or all private-jet pilots. (careers.silverair.com) |
| Travel and Expense Operations Coordinator — Zillow | US remote; primary employer listing indexed, with detailed employer text available through Glassdoor. | Executive-aviation vendor coordination, invoice validation, recurring reporting and operational controls alongside broader card and expense work. | USD 76,200–121,800 base in one listed location group; USD 72,500–115,700 base in another. Equity eligibility is separate. | A concrete buyer-side example of integrating private aviation with finance operations—not a dedicated aviation-procurement department. (zillow.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com) |
For Zillow, the higher published group covers California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state and Washington, DC. The other group covers Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island and Vermont; the posting says these ranges may not apply elsewhere. (glassdoor.com)
Which recent advertisements are useful—but should not be counted as live openings?
| Role | Evidence and compensation | What it tells a buyer |
|---|---|---|
| Private Jet Charter Sales Director — ACS, San Jose | Retrieved page says expired. Previously indexed employer text specified USD 120,000–220,000 base, 10% uncapped commission and a profit-related bonus. Responsibilities included recruiting trainee brokers, developing the office and retaining clients. | Stronger evidence of an intended local commercial build-out than a generic sales vacancy, but not proof the team was hired or its revenue targets achieved. (jobs.smartrecruiters.com) |
| Flight Controller — Wheels Up, Chamblee | Employer requisition 2026-3635 gave USD 68,000–85,000 salary, with potential discretionary incentive. Its anticipated closing date was 30 September 2026; no extension was established. | The mandate covered operational control, flight following, restrictions and crew/aircraft coordination. Treat it as recent operational staffing evidence, not a confirmed current vacancy. (careers-wheelsup.icims.com) |
| Challenger 604 Client Aviation Manager — Solairus, Salt Lake City | Indexed employer description available; direct retrieval returned “Gone”. The page used a USD 50,000–500,000 company-wide crewmember range, not a useful role-specific band. | The mandate combined personnel supervision, training coordination, scheduling and expense oversight. It illustrates the scope of owner-facing aviation management, but supplies no defensible salary benchmark for that particular position. (careers-solairus.icims.com) |
| Business Insights Analyst — NetJets, Columbus | Employer-attributed LinkedIn description indexed; direct retrieval redirected as expired. No verified employer salary band. | Analytical modelling and operational decision support were explicit responsibilities. This is evidence of an analytics mandate, not of an autonomous AI charter-procurement function. (linkedin.com) |
Does hiring indicate stronger private-flight demand?
Sometimes, but the reviewed evidence does not support a single market-wide answer. Recruitment can accompany growth, a fleet transition, service redesign, replacement hiring or efforts to earn more from existing assets. Recent company disclosures show why those explanations must be separated.
What does the contrast between Wheels Up and flyExclusive show?
Wheels Up reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of USD 182.0 million, down 4% year on year, and total gross bookings of USD 241.8 million, down 8%. Private-jet flight revenue was flat; the company attributed lower US private-jet charter volume partly to process and technology inefficiencies associated with its sales-force transformation. These results do not support treating its commercial recruitment as straightforward proof of expanding overall demand. (investors.wheelsup.com)
flyExclusive reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of USD 111.1 million, up 22%, with flight hours up 8% despite 6% fewer aircraft. Those company-reported figures demonstrate a different pattern: more activity and revenue from a smaller fleet. They support examining utilisation and operational productivity alongside aircraft additions when interpreting staffing needs. (ir.flyexclusive.com)
Procurement implication: do not use a supplier’s hiring announcement to infer either spare capacity or scarce capacity. Request evidence relevant to your dates, aircraft category and recovery requirements. The contrasting disclosures above are company-specific, not a representative measure of the entire US charter market. (investors.wheelsup.com)
Are business aviation salaries still rising?
NBAA’s 18 August 2026 public summary says compensation continued to increase, in some categories by nearly 7%. Its survey covered 352 participating NBAA members and 4,090 flight-department employees, with BDO administering and auditing the research. “Nearly 7%” is not a universal pay increase or an industry-wide charter-price escalation rate. (nbaa.org)
The public summary does not provide the detailed role-by-role salary tables needed to establish national “typical” bands here. Those results are available to eligible NBAA members through the survey product; this research therefore uses observable advertised ranges rather than inventing market percentiles. (nbaa.org)
Is there a universal pilot or technician shortage?
The sources support a more qualified conclusion: recruitment conditions and specialist readiness are different questions. NBAA’s September/October 2026 hiring discussion includes an expert describing an employer’s market, while AIN’s reporting on staffing research highlights difficulty finding people fully prepared for business-aviation roles. Neither establishes that every employer, aircraft type or location faces the same shortage. (nbaa.org)
For an aircraft owner, assess qualifications, availability and continuity for the actual operation rather than applying a blanket labour-market label. That recommendation is consistent with the sources’ emphasis on specialised capability and deliberate staffing plans. (fbosurvey.com)
How should sales and pricing hires change charter quote comparison?
They should sharpen the questions you ask about incentives and fleet fit—not automatically disqualify a supplier.
ACS’s consultant advertisements separate base salary from a 10% commission component. The reviewed descriptions do not identify the denominator or calculation rules. Consequently, 10% employee commission must not be reported as a 10% customer markup or brokerage margin. (jobs.smartrecruiters.com)
Wheels Up’s Fleet Quoting Associate description is unusually revealing: it calls for filling valuable fleet gaps, reducing empty-leg exposure, maintaining pricing discipline and protecting peak inventory. Our inference: a supplier’s willingness to quote a particular mission may reflect how it fits the surrounding schedule, not simply its flight duration. (dailyremote.com)
For buyers searching “how to compare private jet charter quotes”, use this practical response:
- Issue one consistent mission brief to all suppliers.
- Ask for the original mission and separately priced flexible alternatives.
- Keep aircraft category, airport changes and departure-window differences visible.
- Ask whether a favourable price depends on another aircraft movement.
- Compare cancellation, substitution and recovery terms separately from price.
- Do not infer a discount, an available aircraft or a guaranteed saving from the presence of a pricing team.
These are recommended procurement controls, not claims about any named supplier’s contract.
Which hires matter most for disruption and fixed-deadline travel?
Look for the hand-offs between customer service, aircraft sourcing, flight operations and maintenance. A job title alone does not establish that one person controls all four.
The reviewed Wheels Up sports-oriented Flight Services Manager description covers itinerary quality, off-fleet quoting, day-of-flight communication and irregular operations. Flexjet’s Maintenance Controller mandate separately addresses technical recovery and return-to-service estimates. Our inference: the buyer should test how customer-facing staff receive and act on operational information, rather than accepting “24/7 support” as a complete recovery explanation. (careers-wheelsup.icims.com)
For sports teams, productions and executive trips with immovable deadlines, request a recovery responsibility map:
| Decision or task | What to establish before commitment |
|---|---|
| Informing the organiser | Named team, contact route and escalation path outside normal office hours. |
| Finding substitute lift | Who sources alternatives, who selects the operator and who confirms suitability. |
| Authorising additional expenditure | Whether the organiser can approve it, whether finance approval is required and how consent is recorded. |
| Confirming technical status | Which operational function supplies the information and how uncertainty is communicated. |
| Managing downstream logistics | Responsibility for revised ground transport, catering, baggage and arrival arrangements. |
| Paying for recovery | The agreement’s allocation of replacement costs, credits and other charges. |
This is a recommended diligence template. Advertised staffing responsibilities are not contractual service levels and should not be substituted for the actual agreement.
What do owner-service and maintenance hires signal for jet cards and fractional access?
They are evidence of the service infrastructure a programme seeks to maintain, not proof that access commitments are fully covered. Flexjet’s concierge role includes personalised service and internal coordination; its technical recruitment campaign spans maintenance, avionics, planning and apprenticeships. Those mandates support an interpretation of investment in delivery and retention, but do not disclose available peak-day capacity. (careers.flexjet.com)
For a jet card versus charter or fractional-renewal review, ask the provider to separate:
- the account contact who knows the traveller;
- the team handling an urgent booking or change;
- the operational authority confirming whether the mission can proceed;
- the function arranging substitute lift;
- the contract governing additional charges and remedies.
Then stress-test the agreement against the buyer’s actual routes, passenger requirements, peak dates and notice periods. This desk recommends that approach instead of treating service-team growth as a reason to increase a prepaid commitment.
What does this mean for aircraft management costs?
A management review should examine the full staffing responsibility, not just the pilot’s advertised salary. The recent Solairus Client Aviation Manager description included personnel oversight, training coordination, scheduling, expenses and anticipated relief needs. Its broad company-wide compensation disclosure is too wide to price those responsibilities reliably for one account. (careers-solairus.icims.com)
For an aircraft management cost or supplemental-lift review, request an account-level schedule covering:
- dedicated versus shared personnel;
- salary or contractor costs attributed to the aircraft;
- benefits and incentive arrangements included in the allocation;
- initial and recurrent training;
- relief coverage and recruitment costs;
- approval rights over new positions or compensation changes;
- the circumstances that trigger supplemental charter.
These are proposed reconciliation fields, not assertions that every manager charges each item separately.
Recommended budgeting model: distinguish recurring personnel expenditure, variable compensation, training, relief coverage and one-off recruitment costs. Do not label an advertised salary as the complete cost of employing a crew member, and do not infer the owner’s annual aviation budget from it.
Is safety-related hiring a demand signal or a compliance signal?
It can be a compliance investment even without more flying. The FAA’s implementation table states that Part 135 operators certificated before 28 May 2024 have until 28 May 2027 to develop and implement the required Safety Management System. Other applicant categories have different timing, including implementation upon certification in specified cases. (faa.gov)
Our inference: safety, assurance, training and documentation budgets may be influenced by that implementation work, rather than customer growth alone. This sample does not establish a quantified increase in safety-manager vacancies. (faa.gov)
For a private jet charter safety checklist, ask the operating carrier about its applicable SMS status, accountable personnel and evidence of implementation. Do not assume a new safety title proves compliance—or that the absence of a public vacancy means the function is missing. Applicability and documentation should be checked with the operator and, where needed, a qualified aviation specialist. (faa.gov)
What can corporate travel teams learn from buyer-side recruitment?
Private aviation can be governed within an existing finance and travel function rather than requiring a new standalone department. Zillow’s reviewed coordinator mandate explicitly combines executive-aviation vendor and invoice work with broader expense operations. This is a concrete organisational example, not evidence that the model is universal. (zillow.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com)
For a corporate CFO or family office COO, this desk recommends assigning four responsibilities explicitly, whether internally or through advisers:
| Responsibility | Minimum buyer-owned output |
|---|---|
| Mission preparation | A complete brief and feasible commercial alternative where relevant. |
| Procurement comparison | Known total expenditure, unresolved charges and delivery conditions. |
| Approval | Named signatory, rationale and recorded exceptions. |
| Reconciliation | Approved quote, changes, final invoice and post-trip issues. |
The organisational lesson is clear ownership, not necessarily more headcount. A supplier’s sales or service employee should not be assumed to replace the buyer’s own budget approval and invoice controls.
Is AI-assisted charter procurement becoming a distinct hiring category?
Not demonstrably from this sample. The expired NetJets analyst description supports a need for analytical modelling and decision support; it does not establish a dedicated AI procurement role. No verified salary benchmark for an “AI charter procurement manager” was found. (linkedin.com)
The desk’s recommendation is to assess capabilities rather than fashionable titles: structured comparison, exception reporting, traceable calculations and human review of operational and contractual questions. Do not infer that a technology-related hire has automated aircraft suitability checks or replaced operational authority.
The audiovisual review also required date discipline. NBAA’s June 2026 webinar coverage discusses leadership, retention and changing hiring practices, while its Flight Plan archive states that the podcast ended in 2025. An older podcast should not be presented as current evidence of 2026 hiring conditions. (nbaa.org)
How should buyers use the salary evidence without overinterpreting it?
Use advertised pay as a cross-check on a defined role—not as a tariff for charter services.
The reviewed evidence illustrates several non-comparable categories: ACS explicitly advertises base salary plus commission; Silver Air labels its CJ3 figure simply “compensation”; Zillow separates location-specific base pay from equity eligibility. Combining those figures into one “private aviation salary range” would obscure more than it explains. (jobs.smartrecruiters.com)
Apply these rules:
- Match scope before pay: captain, flight coordinator and client aviation manager are different jobs.
- Retain geography: do not flatten location-specific disclosures into a national median.
- Keep variable pay separate: commission eligibility is not guaranteed earnings.
- Record the evidence date and vacancy status: expired advertisements remain historical benchmarks.
- Leave gaps visible: maintenance-controller and concierge salaries were not disclosed in the reviewed employer descriptions. (flexjet.hrmdirect.com)
If a supplier cites labour inflation to justify a renewal increase, request the contractual basis and a like-for-like explanation of the proposed change. This is a recommended commercial review step; the salary evidence here cannot establish what increase is warranted for a particular mission or programme.
What should the desk monitor over the next 90 days?
Build a repeat-observation record before making claims about acceleration, persistent shortages or net expansion. The current snapshot is a starting point, not a trend series.
Recommended fields are: employer, business unit, requisition ID, title, location, aircraft type where relevant, first observed date, stated posting date, latest status, salary basis, duties, source and corroborating operating evidence.
| Observation to monitor | Recommended interpretation | Evidence needed before strengthening the conclusion |
|---|---|---|
| Sales leadership plus several local consultant roles | Possible commercial build-out. | Confirmation that positions are additions and that the team has started. |
| Pilots, technical staff and operations roles linked to the same fleet | Possible capacity deployment or fleet transition. | Aircraft delivery, operational entry and staffing evidence. |
| Repeated maintenance or controller adverts | Possible ongoing recruitment need. | Distinct requisition IDs and confirmation that reposts are not duplicates or evergreen pools. |
| More pricing and analytics responsibilities | Possible utilisation or margin-management investment. | Actual remit, implemented systems and relevant operating results. |
| Buyer-side aviation invoice and vendor responsibilities | Possible strengthening of spend governance. | Reporting line, approval authority and programme scope. |
Do not count expressions of interest as funded jobs. Wheels Up’s Flight Controller page explicitly distinguished an earlier expression-of-interest campaign from a later active requisition—a useful example of why raw job-board totals can mislead. (careers-wheelsup.icims.com)
What is the practical conclusion?
Use hiring signals to improve diligence, not to select a supplier by recruitment volume. Sales hiring suggests questions about incentives and commercial expansion; operations and maintenance hiring suggests questions about execution and recovery; buyer-side roles suggest opportunities to clarify approvals and invoice ownership. The reviewed mandates support those questions, but not a ranking of supplier quality. (jobs.smartrecruiters.com)
For the next booking or renewal, request three buyer-owned artefacts: a comparable mission-cost table, a recovery responsibility map and an approval/reconciliation record. Those are the desk’s recommended outputs for turning recruitment intelligence into a better purchasing decision.

FAQs
Which private aviation jobs are the most useful signals for charter buyers?
Fleet quoting, flight coordination and maintenance-control roles are particularly informative because their mandates reveal how a supplier prices capacity, manages trips and handles aircraft recovery. Use those responsibilities to frame diligence questions; the advertisement itself does not prove better availability or service. (dailyremote.com)
What salary do private jet sales consultants receive?
Reviewed ACS advertisements specify USD 60,000 base in Hollywood, USD 70,000 in West Los Angeles and USD 75,000 in San Jose, each with 10% uncapped commission. These are employer- and location-specific offers, not a national salary range, and the commission calculation basis was not established. (jobs.smartrecruiters.com)
What do private aviation flight coordinators and controllers earn?
The reviewed Solairus Flight Coordinator description advertises USD 70,000–80,000, while Wheels Up’s recent Flight Controller requisition advertises USD 68,000–85,000. They are different roles, and the Wheels Up advertisement’s anticipated closing date of 30 September 2026 had passed by this research date. (indeed.com)
Does a charter company hiring salespeople mean private-flight demand is growing?
Not necessarily: recruitment may support a new sales approach rather than reflect growth already achieved. Wheels Up advertised commercial roles while reporting second-quarter 2026 gross bookings down 8% and private-jet flight revenue flat, illustrating why hiring and operating results must be assessed separately. (careers.wheelsup.com)
Can a pilot salary advertisement be used to estimate aircraft ownership costs?
It can inform one narrowly defined staffing assumption, but it should not be treated as the complete crew budget. Silver Air’s reviewed CJ3 Captain advertisement lists USD 120,000–140,000 as compensation without specifying its base-versus-total composition; the desk recommends separately requesting benefits, training, relief and recruitment costs. (careers.silverair.com)
Do maintenance and owner-service hires guarantee better jet card availability?
No: Flexjet’s reviewed roles describe technical support and client-service responsibilities, not additional peak-day capacity or contractual access guarantees. Buyers should test the programme agreement and recovery arrangements against their actual travel requirements. (careers.flexjet.com)
Why might a Part 135 operator increase safety-related staffing before May 2027?
The FAA requires Part 135 operators certificated before 28 May 2024 to develop and implement the applicable Safety Management System by 28 May 2027. Staffing or consultancy expenditure may therefore reflect compliance work rather than increased flight demand, although this research did not quantify a safety-hiring trend. (faa.gov)
Are corporate buyers hiring specifically to control private aviation expenditure?
One reviewed example, Zillow’s Travel and Expense Operations Coordinator, explicitly includes executive-aviation vendors, invoice validation and reporting alongside broader expense responsibilities. It supports the practicality of integrating aviation controls into finance operations, but does not establish a market-wide hiring trend or reveal Zillow’s aviation budget.
