Our recommended controls are to redact unnecessary personal information, use an approved environment, require page references for extracted terms, and have a person check prices, deadlines, entities and exclusions. Calculate totals in a tested spreadsheet or other deterministic system. Leave carrier verification, contract interpretation and operational confirmation with the responsible people.
