For a renewal, include the agreement set, usage ledger, balances and notice dates. Keep passenger identity documents out of the research pack; provide required travel documentation separately through the operator’s approved process.

Please provide the contracting entity, operating carrier and aircraft details available, complete price and exclusions, cancellation and substitution terms, and the recovery obligation—including who pays any replacement difference. Please identify outstanding allocation or approval conditions, when these will be resolved, and the documents governing the booking. Where Part 295 applies, please provide all applicable disclosures, including those available upon request.
